Zirconia ceramic dispensing valve is a specialized valve manufactured using zirconia ceramic material, designed for precise dispensing and coating of liquids or semi-solid materials. This valve utilizes the excellent properties of zirconia ceramic, such as high hardness, exceptional wear resistance, outstanding chemical stability, high compressive strength, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature tolerance, to ensure efficient, precise, and stable dispensing processes. The internal components of the oxide zirconia ceramic dispensing valve, including the valve core and valve seat, are made of zirconia ceramic. This ceramic material is known for its hardness close to that of diamond, providing excellent anti-wear capabilities, ensuring durability and stable performance over extended periods. Precision machining and design of the valve internals allow the valve ball and valve seat to fit well, achieving high-precision coating and dispensing tasks.
