TiB2/BN/AlN composite ceramics, because of its combination of TiB2 electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance to molten metal, BN good thermal shock resistance, easy machining performance, good chemical stability and AlN corrosion resistance to aluminum liquid and good wettability of molten aluminum characteristics, It is considered as the most promising composite material in the aluminum evaporation industry and has been widely studied by scholars.
