Ceramic plunger adopts high performance technology ceramic material, after high temperature 1600 sintering isostatic pressing process molding and unique design, the product has corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, the use of the process of no softening, no cracking, no peeling characteristics, long service life, alumina long-term use temperature within 1600 degrees, fully stable zirconia temperature within 2200 degrees.Ceramic plunger working face using a unique machining method to obtain microporous structure has self-lubrication effect, changes the traditional piston pump sliding friction and lubrication mechanism.
