Product Description

Gas atomization powdering is to smelt the metal alloy and flow it out through a nozzle (leak). At the nozzle outlet, the quid metal is atomized by high-speed airflow, and then rapidly condensed to obtain formed powder.

Mainly used in powder metallurgy industry or 30 printing, gas atomization process production of metal powder, such as iron powder aluminum powder, copper powder. stalnless steel, welding powder Fe-Si aluminum, Fe-Si nickel, aluminum ron, boron, etc.
