The Silicon Carbide Crucible formed by isostatic pressing and pressureless sintering. Round, square crucibles, flat bottom, semi-flat bottom and spherical bottom can be made, and can also be processed with flanges, drilling, etc.

Features and Advantages > Silicon Carbide Crucible has a smooth surface due to its sub-micron fine-grained structure and manufacturing process. The roughness can reach Ra<1.6, which is beneficial to avoid being corroded by the melt. > Silicon Carbide Crucible has high purity (SiC content is greater than 99%) and will not pollute materials. > High temperature resistance: Silicon Carbide Crucible has good thermal stability, and can be used up to 1700°C (in air atmosphere) or 1950°C (in nitrogen or argon protective atmosphere). > Excellent thermal shock resistance-due to high thermal conductivity and good thermal shock performance, Silicon Carbide Crucible adapt to rapid changes in process temperature. > Silicon Carbide Crucible has excellent corrosion resistance even at high temperature and is especially suitable for chemical corrosive environments.
