Silicon Carbide Square Beams and Half-open Square Beams

Silicon Carbide Square Beams and Half-open Square Beams are made by high-temperature sintering using an extrusion process specially developed by Sanzer. The square beam products can be made into half-open square beams (also known as concave beams). Based on customer's needs, special machining can also be processed on the beam, such as holes, long holes or slots.

Typical Applications:

· It can be used in shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, roller kilns, bell kilns and other industrial kilns /furnaces roof refractory support structures and kiln furniture supporting that carry products on kiln cars. · Applications: firing process of technical ceramics, electronic ceramic powder, sanitary ware, porcelain, electric ceramics, refractories, foam ceramics, lithium battery positive and negative materials, etc. Features and Advantages · The straightness standard of the working surface of Square Beam is <=1‰, and each square beam straightness needs to be tested before leaving the factory. · Each Square Beam needs to be tested by a 70Mpa standard bending strength testing machine to ensure the reliability and safety. · SiC Beams can provide a real high-performance lightweight kiln beam and pillar design. The excellent strength of SiC allows the cross section of the beam to be reduced by 50% compared to the cross section of the traditional recrystallized silicon carbide (R-SiC) square beam, without reducing the corresponding load capacity, and can be used at higher temperature. · Silicon Carbide Square Beams have excellent chemical resistance which allows it to work for a long time in a strong corrosive atmosphere and ion environment, and has a longer life. · Silicon Carbide Beam have strong oxidation resistance which allows it to work stably for a long time even in an oxidizing atmosphere, and has a longer life.
